There is also a gas barbecue and the outdoor LED lighting works with a timer.
The holiday villa consists of three levels, with the open living room located at pool level. Characteristic are the spacious sliding doors and light gray tiles of natural stone that effortlessly connect the outside with the inside.
In the living room there is a large corner sofa in off-white amidst beautiful plant pots and a spacious dining table that cleverly separates the lounge from the kitchen. The open kitchen immediately catches the attention through the combination of matte black and wood. The kitchen island also functions as a bar, where flannel armchairs in beautiful blue can accommodate four people. The top is made of black natural stone and the extractor hood is integrated into the ceiling. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality built-in appliances from Balay and the water in the entire villa can be drunk thanks to an advanced filter from the tap.
A special detail is the stylishly concealed access door that provides access to the laundry room with an extra refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. On this level is also the guest toilet and three bedrooms. These all have an adjoining bathroom with rain shower and floating toilet.
Via the floating design staircase that provides a nice view, both the garage on the lower level and the top floor are reached. The spacious garage offers space for three cars and there is also a large storage room and an engine room. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom and a spacious suite. Both offer access to a private terrace with a view that never gets boring and have an attached bathroom and a walk-in closet.
